2. DATI RACCOLTI

L'app Nexus Core raccoglie:

• Nickname giocatore (scelto da te)
• ID utente anonimo (generato automaticamente, non legato a email o numero di telefono)
• Dati di gioco: CORE, Gold, Frammenti, carte possedute e livelli di fusione, livello, mazzi, progresso di Scavo, Battaglie e Flotta
• Dati tecnici: modello del dispositivo, versione del sistema operativo, lingua, log crash anonimi
• Se entri in una Flotta:
  • nome, stemma, descrizione e codice della Flotta, il tuo grado (Comandante, Capitano, Pilota)
  • la tua difesa di guerra (20 carte con le stelle di fusione) e se partecipi alle guerre
  • risultati delle guerre: attacchi, punti, premi, storico, baule di guerra
  • i messaggi della chat di Flotta che scrivi
  • le segnalazioni di messaggi che invii (messaggio segnalato, chi segnala, motivo)
  • gli avvisi in gioco che ti riguardano (es. "la tua difesa è stata attaccata")
• Se guardi video premio: interazioni con annunci (tramite Google AdMob)
• Se acquisti pack: ID del prodotto acquistato (gestione Google Play Billing, non vediamo i dati della carta)

NON raccogliamo: nome reale, email (a parte quella che ci scrivi tu), numero di telefono, posizione precisa GPS, contatti, foto, rubrica.

3. COME USIAMO I DATI

• Salvare il progresso sul dispositivo e sul server Supabase (Flotta, guerre, backup)
• Abbinare le Flotte nelle guerre di Flotta (automatiche il martedì alle 21:00 e il sabato alle 15:00, ora italiana, durata 24 ore)
• Mostrare classifiche, storico delle guerre e trofei
• Far funzionare la chat di Flotta e la moderazione (segnalazioni, filtro parolacce)
• Mostrare video con premio opzionali tramite AdMob
• Gestire gli acquisti in-app (pack, Gold, Core, rimozione annunci)
• Supporto e correzione dei crash

Base legale: esecuzione del contratto (fornire il gioco), legittimo interesse (sicurezza, moderazione e miglioramento del gioco), consenso per gli annunci personalizzati (UMP in UE).

4. CHAT DI FLOTTA E MODERAZIONE

• I messaggi sono visibili solo ai membri della tua Flotta.
• Un filtro automatico sostituisce le parolacce con asterischi prima di salvare il messaggio.
• Puoi segnalare un messaggio: la segnalazione arriva a noi per la verifica. Il Comandante e i Capitani possono cancellare i messaggi della Flotta.
• Puoi silenziare un giocatore: questa scelta resta solo sul tuo dispositivo.
• Non scrivere in chat dati personali (indirizzo, telefono, email).

5. NOTIFICHE

Il gioco usa notifiche locali, programmate sul tuo dispositivo (inizio e fine guerra, ticket pieni, ricompense). Non usiamo servizi di notifica push e non raccogliamo identificativi per le notifiche. Puoi disattivarle in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni di Android.

6. DOVE SONO SALVATI

• Locale: sul tuo dispositivo (salvataggio del gioco, impostazioni, giocatori silenziati)
• Cloud: Supabase (server UE, conforme al GDPR): dati di gioco online, Flotta, guerre, chat e avvisi
• Backup per cambiare telefono: se premi Esporta, una copia dei tuoi dati di gioco viene salvata sul server e ricevi un codice personale. Il codice vale 30 giorni e si usa una sola volta: sul telefono nuovo riporta i dati e sposta flotta, guerre e baule sul nuovo account. Dopo 30 giorni la copia viene cancellata.

7. CONDIVISIONE

Non vendiamo dati. Li condividiamo solo con:

• Supabase (hosting dei dati di gioco) - DPA firmato, server UE - Privacy
• Google AdMob (video con premio opzionali): ID pubblicitario Android, indirizzo IP approssimativo, interazioni con gli annunci, informazioni sul dispositivo. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy - Tecnologie annunci: policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Opt-out: Impostazioni Android > Privacy > Annunci > Elimina ID pubblicitario.
• Google Play Billing (acquisti in-app): gestito interamente da Google, noi riceviamo solo la conferma dell'acquisto, mai i dati della carta. Privacy: Google Privacy
• Google Play Services (aggiornamenti e acquisti)
• Altri giocatori: vedono il tuo nickname, la tua Flotta (nome, stemma, descrizione), il tuo grado, le carte della tua difesa di guerra, i tuoi punti e risultati in guerra e i messaggi che scrivi nella chat della tua Flotta. Non vedono mai il tuo ID o la tua email.

8. CONSERVAZIONE

• Dati locali: finché non disinstalli il gioco o cancelli il salvataggio
• Dati cloud di gioco e Flotta: finché esiste il tuo account, così puoi riprendere a giocare anche dopo molto tempo. Puoi chiederne la cancellazione in qualsiasi momento (vedi punto 9)
• Chat di Flotta: 14 giorni
• Avvisi in gioco: 30 giorni
• Copie di backup per cambiare telefono: 30 giorni
• Segnalazioni: il tempo necessario alla verifica, al massimo 12 mesi
• Storico delle guerre e premi: finché esiste il tuo account
• Dati AdMob: secondo la policy di Google (fino a 14 mesi)

9. CANCELLAZIONE DELL'ACCOUNT E DEI DATI

Hai diritto a: accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità, opposizione, revoca del consenso agli annunci.

Scrivi a: flavio@flavioberti.it con oggetto "GDPR - [tuo nickname]".
Rispondiamo entro 30 giorni.

Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

11. MINORI

Gioco classificato 7+. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori di 13 anni senza il consenso dei genitori. La chat di Flotta ha un filtro automatico per le parolacce, la possibilità di segnalare i messaggi e di silenziare i giocatori. Se sei un genitore e pensi che tuo figlio ci abbia fornito dati, scrivici a flavio@flavioberti.it: li cancelliamo subito.

12. SICUREZZA

• Connessioni cifrate HTTPS/TLS
• Accesso anonimo con token, nessuna password salvata in chiaro
• Dati sul server protetti da regole di accesso: ogni giocatore può leggere e modificare solo ciò che gli spetta
• Codice di backup personale e monouso: non condividerlo, chi lo usa per primo riceve il tuo account
• Acquisti verificati tramite Google Play Billing (nessun dato della carta salvato da noi)

2. DATA WE COLLECT

• Player nickname (chosen by you)
• Anonymous user ID (generated automatically, not linked to an email or phone number)
• Game data: CORE, Gold, Fragments, owned cards and fusion levels, level, decks, Dig, Battle and Fleet progress
• Technical data: device model, OS version, language, anonymous crash logs
• If you join a Fleet:
  • Fleet name, emblem, description and code, your rank (Commander, Captain, Pilot)
  • your war defense (20 cards with fusion stars) and whether you take part in wars
  • war results: attacks, points, rewards, history, war chest
  • the Fleet chat messages you write
  • the reports you send (reported message, reporter, reason)
  • the in-game notices about you (e.g. "your defense was attacked")
• If you watch rewarded videos: ad interactions (via Google AdMob)
• If you buy packs: the purchased product ID (handled by Google Play Billing; we never see card details)

We do NOT collect: real name, email (except when you write to us), phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, address book.

3. HOW WE USE DATA

• Saving your progress on your device and on the Supabase server (Fleet, wars, backup)
• Matching Fleets for Fleet wars (automatic on Tuesday at 21:00 and Saturday at 15:00 Italian time, lasting 24 hours)
• Showing rankings, war history and trophies
• Running the Fleet chat and its moderation (reports, profanity filter)
• Showing optional rewarded videos via AdMob
• Handling in-app purchases (packs, Gold, Core, ad removal)
• Support and crash fixing

Legal basis: performance of a contract (providing the game), legitimate interest (security, moderation and game improvement), consent for personalized ads (UMP in the EU).

4. FLEET CHAT AND MODERATION

• Messages are visible only to the members of your Fleet.
• An automatic filter replaces swear words with asterisks before the message is saved.
• You can report a message: the report reaches us for review. The Commander and Captains can delete Fleet messages.
• You can mute a player: this choice stays only on your device.
• Please don't share personal data in chat (address, phone number, email).

5. NOTIFICATIONS

The game uses local notifications scheduled on your device (war start and end, full tickets, rewards). We don't use push notification services or collect notification identifiers. You can turn them off at any time in Android settings.

6. WHERE DATA IS STORED

• Local: on your device (game save, settings, muted players)
• Cloud: Supabase (EU servers, GDPR compliant): online game data, Fleet, wars, chat and notices
• Backup to change phone: when you press Export, a copy of your game data is saved on the server and you get a personal code. The code is valid for 30 days and can be used once: on your new phone it restores your data and moves your fleet, wars and chest to the new account. After 30 days the copy is deleted.

7. SHARING

We don't sell data. We only share it with:

• Supabase (game data hosting) - signed DPA, EU servers - Privacy
• Google AdMob (optional rewarded videos): Android advertising ID, approximate IP address, ad interactions, device information. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy - Ad technologies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Opt-out: Android Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID.
• Google Play Billing (in-app purchases): fully handled by Google; we only receive the purchase confirmation, never card details. Privacy: Google Privacy
• Google Play Services (updates and purchases)
• Other players: can see your nickname, your Fleet (name, emblem, description), your rank, the cards in your war defense, your war points and results, and the messages you write in your Fleet's chat. They never see your ID or email.

8. RETENTION

• Local data: until you uninstall the game or delete your save
• Cloud game and Fleet data: as long as your account exists, so you can come back and play even after a long time. You can ask us to delete them at any time (see section 9)
• Fleet chat: 14 days
• In-game notices: 30 days
• Backup copies for changing phone: 30 days
• Reports: as long as needed for review, at most 12 months
• War history and rewards: as long as your account exists
• AdMob data: per Google's policy (up to 14 months)

10. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent for ads.

Write to: flavio@flavioberti.it with the subject "GDPR - [your nickname]".
We reply within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.

11. CHILDREN

The game is rated 7+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent. Fleet chat has an automatic profanity filter, and players can report messages and mute other players. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us data, email flavio@flavioberti.it and we will delete it right away.

12. SECURITY

• Encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections
• Anonymous sign-in with a token, no passwords stored in plain text
• Server data protected by access rules: each player can only read and change what belongs to them
• Personal, single-use backup code: don't share it, whoever uses it first gets your account
• Purchases verified by Google Play Billing (we store no card data)

If we change this policy, we announce it in the game and update the date at the top.
